1. About Us:

Mitucraft was established in 2020, we are a leading wholesaler and retailer for home decor products in India. We provide the best home decor items at the best price. .we are here to furnish you with the best.

2. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

3.Delivery Terms:

3.1. Domestic Transit Time:
In general, domestic shipments delivery time- 5 – 7 days

3.2. International Transit Time:
In general, international shipments delivery time- 10 – 15 days

3.3. Dispatch Time:
Orders dispatched within 3 working days of payment of order.

3.4. Delivery Address:
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at before the order has been dispatched.

3.5. Parcel damaged in-transit:
We will process replacement of the courier has completed their investigation.

3.6. Parcel lost in-transit:
We will process a replacement the courier has conducted an investigation of parcel lost.

4.Cancellations:

If any cancellation of your product, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
If an order has already been dispatched, please check our refund policy

5. Return Policy:

The products purchased from our website can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the receiving date of the purchased products. If any case, 3 days have passed from the receiving date of the purchased product, we do not offer any option either for return or for exchange. The product can only be exchanged for the same product and not for any other product.

Eligibility Criteria
The product can be returned or exchanged in case you receive the damaged or broken or wrong product(s). In case you received the damaged or broken or wrong product, the picture of the damaged or broken or wrong product must be sent at mitucraft@gmail.com or at our whatsapp number – 8300779925 within 48 hours of receiving the product along with the remedy wanted (exchange).
Furthermore, the product must be unused and must be in the same condition in which you received the product. The product must also be in the original packaging.

6.Refund Policy:

Once your returned/exchanged product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned/exchanged product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, Refund will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email
In case we find that the product you have returned is used, the refund will not be initiated and the product will be reshipped to you at the address mentioned by you while placing the order. In case, you do not accept the reshipped product, you will still not be eligible for the refund and we will have no liability in reference to the refund of the reshipped product.
